Service Description
Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders, we broaden that approach challenging the whole body. We use different pieces of equipment, such as blocks, pilates balls, resistant bands, spikey balls, pilates rings, resistant bands etc, but most of the moves are adapted to work with just your body and a floor mat for cushioning and support. Benefits; - Focuses on the whole body. - improves strength to help prevent injury - A strong core helps ward off back pain and makes daily chores more doable. - A strong core is a must for athletes, from runners to football players, as it increases stamina and power. - May also help people who already suffer from an aching back. - The beauty of this class at BML is that is suitable for everyone :-) - Gentle on the joints. - Improves flexibility and joint suppleness.

BML operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel prior to 24 hours will result in the class price still being charged. ***This excludes Body Blitz crew which is a none refundable 10 week course.
