EMMA EUSTACE

Level 4 personal trainer,  class instructor, nutritional advisor, life coach & owner of BML Personal Training and Fitness Studio.

Emma started life as a Step Aerobics Instructor back in the 90's and then left the fitness industry to pursue a career in fashion. Having achieved her career goals and becoming disillusioned by the fashion industry, she decided she wanted to get back to helping people by using her experience as a fitness expert, whilst also using her own personal battle with weight & fitness over the years.   Emma is a dedicated fitness expert whose passion is helping others lead a health lifestyle that fits in with their life.

 

 

As a mum to a very active 7 year old boy and wife to an equally active husband, she understands the need for all to lead a healthy life style and help infuse this in the new generations.  

 

SIOBHAN SMITH

Siobhan is a Level 2 PT and Fitness Instructor who has been at BML since 2018.

Siobhan PT's and holds classes at the studiO.  When she's not working at the studio she teaches children how to swim and holds her own swim fitness class.  She is also a mum of a gorgeous little boy under 2 years and has a passion for kids fitness.

An extremely dedicated and vital team member, she's wiser than her years and very focused on her clients needs and goals.

We are Emma, Siobhan and Leanne, with guest instructors Dan, Nicola, Elaine and Irina.

All with a different specialist field within the Health and Fitness industry. 

All with a similar passion to help others to become better versions of themselves.

To encourage and promote Wellness in day to day living. 

We excel in what we do and we love doing it :)

DAN PEELE

Dan is a Level 3 PT and Fitness Instructor who has been at BML since it opened back in 2017.

He works in the City by day and runs a couple of fitness classes each week at the BML studio in his spare time.

 Dan takes great pride in providing variety with the classes he puts together and welcomes all comers regardless of age and fitness.

 Dan is 47 and is married to Clare with two grown up children. 

As someone who has rediscovered fitness in his forties Dan now enjoys being a part of other people’s fitness and wellbeing journeys.

LEANNE COOMBES

Leanne has been practicing yoga for over five years. After falling in love with the practice, she felt called to share her passion and qualified as a teacher earlier this year. Her classes vary week to week, but are typically Hatha or Vinyasa in style, with a focus on strength building, alignment and self-enquiry. 

NICOLA MORGAN

Nicola is a former city lawyer and former teacher of English, she believes in the ability to change and transform.  She is a positive Psychologist who believes that mind and body work as one.  Look after your body, you're looking after your mind. That is why she loves and teaches pilates.

 

LLB Hons, Pg Dip, PGCE, QTS and MSc to mention a few of her qualifications.  

IRINA PISANI

Irina Pisani is an explorer, a seeker, and a student of life who brings her unique teaching style to her Children's Yoga & Mindfulness classes, encouraging children to find  their own inner voice, and nourish their imagination and creativity through yoga.

Irina is a fully qualified Children & Teens Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher and Level 3 Sports Coach. 

She had her training done with the best Teachers in the field of children's yoga : Jyoti Manuel ( Special Yoga), Ayala Homossany ( Enchanted Wonders), Charlotta Martinus (Teen Yoga).

ELAINE MACWHIRTER

Elaine is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Certified Pilates and Tai Chi Instructor. She believes in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing recognising the important link between mind and body. Her classes are small to ensure a high level of supervision tailoring exercises for the individuals needs . We use a range of pilates equipment to challenge the body in different ways and keep it varied. Tai Chi has amazing benefits improving balance, mobility and strength as well as reducing stress and blood pressure.

Privacy policy and T&C's

Privacy Policy;

How information is kept;

BML retains data on you which is collected at the point of you signing up for personal training or classes.  This information is scanned in and saved in a password protected folder on the BML computer.  The computer is also password protected with the latest Virus software.  Copies of this information can be sent to you upon request.

 

What we do with that information;

The information is used to create your personal development plan, record any injuries, set you up on the BML mailing list and if you have registered for classes, your email is used on the Wix BML booking system to book you onto classes.  Contact details are saved so that BML can keep you empowered by sending information on health and nutrition, as well as keeping you informed of any important changes about the BML Services.  The booking system also keeps you updated with any changes to classes which may sometimes happen.

 

We will never sell your data and we promise to keep your details safe and secure.

 

Information retention;

Information is kept for 1 year after you have finished using the BML Personal Training services – after one year the information is destroyed and deleted from the BML Computer.   If you would like your information deleted quicker, you can ask for this at the point when you finishing using BML’s services and we will be happy to oblige.

The only information kept will be your email address which will be on the BML mailing list until you unsubscribe.

 

Data Collection

Once a year BML will ask you to sign a new enrolment form and PARQ – this is so any changes to health can be monitored, it also allows BML to ensure everyone has full visibility of its terms and conditions.

 

Terms and Conditions;

Health Screening

  • All clients must complete a health questionnaire (PAR-Q) before commencing any exercise programme.

  • BML may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge you for this. 

  • It is the responsibility of the client to maintain the accuracy of their enrolment form and notify BML immediately if there are any changes to their health / contact details / emergency contact details.

  • BML will do its upmost to ensure a safe environment, however you undertake these classes entirely at your own risk.

 

Cancellation Policy

Exercise classes;

  • In the event that a class has to be cancelled, BML will endeavour to give 24 hours’ notice and a credit will be offered to all participating clients to be used within the next block of classes.

  • Monies paid are non-refundable unless you have cancelled 24 hours prior to the commencement of the class.  Refunds shall not be given for non-attendance.  Fee Charging Policy.

  • Payment for block bookings for classes must be made at the time of booking.

  • BML does offer a ‘Pay as you go’ scheme for those wishing to partake in adhoc classes – however the cancellation policy still stands, and money must be paid for the class if cancelling later than the 24-hour notice.

  • BML will endeavour to accommodate a “pay as you go” arrangement were possible, however clients who have booked a full block of classes take priority, and it is advisable to pre-book to guarantee your place in the class.  

 

PT’s;

  • CANCELLATIONS must be made 48 hours in advance of schedule training appointments to get full payment back, 24 hours for half amount of PT session back.  Please notify Emma Via Text or email.

  • NO SHOW: clients that fail to show for their scheduled appointments will forfeit the full amount of the sessions.  More than 2 no shows may result in the contract being terminated.

  • LATE SHOWS A 10 minute rule will apply for scheduled appointments. If you don’t show within 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment, the personal trainer will not be obligated to train you on that particular day. If the trainer decides to leave, you will forfeit a paid training session. If the trainer stays and you show up, they will only train you for the remainder of the scheduled training hour.

 

Disclaimers, Terms and Conditions

  • When joining BML you consent, for the duration of the time that are an active client with BML and for upto 1 year afterwards, to your data being held on a centralised secure database for the purposes of marketing and administration by BML only. Your details will not be shared with any third parties other than wix.com if you are using the online booking system.  These details will only be the details you have entered or details you have agreed for Emma to enter to book you on.

  • If you consent to being booked on to the online booking system, you consent to your Name and email address being shared with Wix.com; the online booking system operator. 

  • The instructors accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to any participants / non participants, or to the personal property of any participant / non participant (or to any person accompanying whether by invitation or otherwise) who enters upon the instructor’s premises for whatever purpose and whether such loss, damage, or injury is

  • If you register online or via the wix app for classes you will be sent email confirmations of bookings and cancellations.  This information sits with Wix but can only be accessed by yourself and Emma at BML.

 

Adverse Weather conditions

In the event of snow and Ice all classes and PT sessions will carry on as normal unless Emma or the instructor for the class/PT deems it unsafe to do so.

If the instructor deems it unsafe then the class will be cancelled and money will be credited, or carried over into the next block.  If it is deemed safe to attend the class/PT session and the class/pt session continues, but you are unable to make it the fee charging policy above will still apply.
