Get ready to burn calories and boost your fitness level in our moderate to high intensity class, which is sometimes referred to as 'spin or spinning'. Motivating music will provide the soundtrack as you cycle your way through multiple terrains designed to improve cardio endurance, losing weight and strengthen your legs and core. And because you control the resistance and speed, your fitness is in your hands. When it comes to group exercise classes, this one is as easy as riding a bike :-D



We use the IC6 power bikes with monitors. These come complete with the coach by colour screens which we use in our classes. this enables you as the rider work to your FTP and get the most out of your workout.  Our sessions are often planned around this as we realise that everyone's ability is different and these monitors allow you to work to your ability. 

We use a number of ways in our classes to ensure that you work to your ability RPE, FTP, coach by colour, how the resistance should feel, heart rate monitors (we do not provide the HR tracker).  These allow you to get the most out of your workout.
