Service Description
Active weight training is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using moderate weights with continuatious movement, this class gives you a total body workout and burns fat fast. The class typically burns off 400 - 600 kcals. Encouragement & motivation is dished out throughout the class to keep you working hard. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged, motivated and feeling like you have worked hard, you will be ready to come back for more. This class is complete with a 15 minute total body stretching session to ensure all muscles are stretched using a mixture developmental stretching and flow yoga stretching moves.

Cancellation Policy
BML operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel prior to 24 hours will result in the class price still being charged. ***This excludes Body Blitz crew which is a none refundable 10 week course.
