Service Description

This catch-all class blends 15 minutes of cardiovascular exercise with 15 minutes of strength training and 15 minutes of stretching to give you the ultimate, well-rounded workout. Each segment of the class challenges you with a different exercise discipline: getting your heart pumping, burning calories, strengthening your core, toning up, and stretching your tired body (and mind) to achieve the best results. If you've hit a plateau or find yourself bored with your current workout, a 15/15/15 class is the best way to shake-up your routine. Or if you typically have a short attention span for exercise, you'll love the variety these classes offer - and the time flies by! Perfectly timed in the day to allow you to exercise then run off to pick the kids up at the end of the workout!
