We pride ourselves on offering fitness solutions for every lifestyle and there is no time like the present to adapt and ensure that we are supporting all of our clients at this tricky time.
At present all Fitness classes are online and personal training is offered both online or on a 1;1 basis outside. This is to stick with government guidelines, but to also ensure we are behaving responsibly for the greater good of our country.
We have a fully operational C-19 timetable in place, If you would like to book onto a class, please do so through the 'book classes online' tab. If you would like to enquire about classes and training outside, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Whats included in the £150 for 10 weeks;
- 1 x group PT session everyweek at 8.10am on Sundays.
- Nutritional guidelines
- Portion control guidelines
- Lifestyle guidelines
- Goals set for you to achieve towards the end of your 10 week plan.
- Bi-weekly progress checks to keep you on track (no scales, we measure with a tape measure)
- Help line for diet and exercise advice.
- Prescribed weeks exercise class plan for you to achieve your goals.
