Welcome to BML Personal Training and Fitness Studio based in the heart of Wendover.

COVID - 19 (CORONAVIRUS)

We pride ourselves on offering fitness solutions for every lifestyle and there is no time like the present to adapt and ensure that we are supporting all of our clients at this tricky time.

At present we are offering Exercise classes online only and personal training online and outdoors.  This is inline with government guidelines, but to also ensure we are behaving responsibly for the greater good of our community. 

We have a fully operational C-19 timetable in place,  If you would like to book onto a class, please do so through the 'book classes online' tab.  If you would like to enquire about classes and training outside, please contact us at emma@bmlpersonaltraining.com.

Specialist fit at 50+ classes provide a unique class for all irrelevant of fitness levels. These classes provide a safe, encouraging environment where strengthening the joints and toning those muscles is our number 1 priority.
