Service Description
The term Strength and Conditioning (S&C) is the dynamic /static exercises used to improve physical performance. S&C is used to develop every area of the body and improve the way a person moves, with the intention of enhancing sporting or physical performance. In this class each week will be different. We will Combine strength training, aerobic conditioning, speed and agility training in the class with a focus on form and posture.

Cancellation Policy
BML operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel prior to 24 hours will result in the class price still being charged. ***This excludes Body Blitz crew which is a none refundable 10 week course.
